Eligibility & Admission
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must have a high school diploma, access to a computer, and motivation to commit 10–15 hrs/week. Selection includes an application, optional interview, and onboarding.
The BAE360 program is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and merit-based, with a focus on individuals who show motivation, learning potential, and alignment with the business analysis profession.

Application Process
BAE360 is open to motivated individuals who are ready to commit to a structured, skills-based career pathway in IT Business analysis.
Each cohort has limited seats, and selection is based on eligibility, motivation, and alignment with program values. The process is transparent, fair, and designed to support inclusion.

Applicants complete an online form, submit documents, and may be invited for an interview. Finalists are notified and onboard before training begins.

To ensure full participation, applicants must:

Have regular access to a laptop or desktop computer
(Loan programs may be available for eligible participants) -
Have a stable internet connection
(Support may include mobile data bundles in select regions) -
Be able to join live online sessions and access the learning platform
Laptop Support Eligibility (Where Offered)
Laptop or connectivity support may be available to selected candidates who:
