About Us

The Canadian Institute for Business Analysis Empowerment (CI-BAE) is a federally registered nonprofit organization committed to advancing digital career access for underrepresented groups. Headquartered in Gatineau, Canada, with active operations in Rwanda, CI-BAE empowers youth, women, career changers, and newcomers through inclusive training and structured career support in IT Business Analysis.

​At the heart of our work is BAE360, a comprehensive empowerment program that blends globally aligned instruction, real-world project simulation, and personalized career development. Through our strategic partnership with BrakaSoft Consulting Inc., an IIBA® Endorsed Education Provider, we deliver industry-standard training and help learners build practical experience and professional portfolios.

Our mission extends beyond education, we actively connect qualified participants with internships, freelance projects, and placement opportunities in both the private and nonprofit sectors.
